#InTheNews: Boy, 15, In Grave Condition After Being Brutally Gang Raped by A Group Of Men

A 15 year old boy who was attacked and gang raped at a party in Hopkinsville-around 75 miles northwest in Nashville Kentucky by a group of men in an horrendous assault, that was also filmed, is in a critical condition.

Dayton Ross Jones, 20, Tyler perry ,19, Samuel Miller, 18 and two 17 year-olds who were not named have been accused of assaulting the boy and also alleged to have captured the incident on video and shared the footage via a mobile phone, though authorities do not know if the footage was shared online.

They have been charged with a serious sexual assault charge, promoting a sexual performance by a minor and use of a minor in sexual performance. Authorities say jones and miller are facing additional charges of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and perry has also been charged with tampering with physical evidence.

Miller, jones, and perry are being held on a $1 million bond each at the Christian county jail and the victim is still in a critical condition but currently improving in the hospital.
