#Ebola: WHO Preparing Vaccine, Set January Trial Date

The World Health Organization has announced that a vaccine for the deadly vaccine virus is already undergoing tests and could be in use by January.

The body’s assistant director, Dr. Marie Paule Kieny, made the announcement in Geneva on Tuesday.

Kieny stated that the vaccine was currently undergoing tests, and if results are positive, a trial could be conducted in West Africa in January.

A suitable cure for the epidemic is yet to be found, as various experimental drugs and even the blood of survivors has been attempted in trying to manage the virus, which has killed over 4500 people.
