Following the departure of former manager, Alan Pardew, Newcastle football club are currently in the search for a new manager and Ajax manager, De Boer has emerged as the front runner for the job.
De Boer who has built quite a reputation for himself at Amsterdam, managing Ajax Amsterdam as they won four straight Eredivise titles. Newcastle would be looking to the Dutchman to bring in his unique managerial style and football philosophies to the Sports direct arena to help steer the ship right.
De Boer has claimed that he is not interested in leaving Ajax until at least the summer. If there is anything we have learned in the world of football however, it is this; anything can happen if the right offer is made.
