Photos have emerged online of an MTN N100 Recharge card branded with APC logos and party colours. It is not certain if these are authorized the party or if they are doctored. With the presidential elections coming on February 15, this is said to be one of the tightest presidential race and parties will be doing everything in their power to convince voters to be on the side of their candidates.
