Plans and specs for the Sony Xperia Z4 and Z4 Ultra smartphones have leaked

The Sony Xperia Z4 is reported to come with a 5.4–inch quad HD screen, a Snapdragon 805 processor and 4GB of RAM with Android 5.0 Lollipop and the regular 20.7-megapixel camera sensor around the back with improved low light performance

As for the Xperia Z4 Ultra it is reported to come in a 5.9–inch screen, with the same processor smarts and RAM, but instead of a 20.7 megapixel camera, it will house a 16 megapixel camera

Sony is likely to have both devices on show at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) which will begin in January 2015
