Arsenal are preparing an eight million pound bid for Aston Villa Defender, Ron Vlaar as they look to strengthen their defense in the January transfer window.
Vlaar who was heavily courted by Manchester United in the summer has emerged as one of the best defenders in the premier league this season on the back of an impressive showing at the World cup in Brazil. Arsenal look set to beat Manchester United to the Dutchman’s signature with the transfer bid set to be launched anytime soon and a mega contract offer for the player.
Arsenal are looking to add a bit of experience to the center of their defense as they have been punished this season for the inability of their more experienced defenders to read the game properly.
