Lewis Hamilton Wins Formula One World Title

Lewis Hamilton wrapped up the Formula One World series in style after winning the Abu Dhabi grand prix to claim his second drivers’ trophy.

The Brit knew that he had to finish in at least second position to win the World series as Mercedes Benz teammate, Nico Roseberg was breathing down his neck. Roseberg started in pole position but the german lost engine power in the twenty fifth lap and ended up finishing 14^th in the race. Hamilton went on to win the race in 1 hour and 39 minutes to finish with a total of 384 points with 11 wins from 19 starts.
