FIFA Announces Nominees For Pukas Award

WCup Pele Prepares Soccer

Brazilian and World footballing legend, Edson Arantes Do Nascimento popularly known as Pele was hospitalized yesterday with a stomach problem.


The World cup winner was scheduled to appear at his museum for an event but did not make it as he was rushed to the Albert Einstein hospital in Sao Paulo. The Brazilian had complained of stomach aches earlier in the day.


The hospital however did not disclose any further information on the 74 year old’s condition as they stated that they had to run tests and evaluate his condition. The hospital however affirmed that Pele was not in critical condition.
