Lampard Heading To MLS In July

Lampard would not spend another season at Manchester City after the player decided to move to New York City at the end of the season.

Frank Lampard has been impressive for Manchester City this season with a five goal haul for the blue half of Manchester. Lampard moved clear into the fourth place in the all-time top scorers in the premier league. Lampard originally moved to New York City FC but had to move on loan to Manchester City on loan as Ney York City were not yet cleared to compete in the MLS. Pellegrini was hoping the former Chelsea midfielder to stay an extra season but the former England has decided to return to New York City

Lampard would join David Villa in New York City and hope to settle in like he did at the Etihad.
