Fletcher Set For West Ham

Darren Fletcher is set to join west ham on loan until the end of the season as his United career seemingly comes to an end.

Fletcher broke into the Manchester United squad as one of the most promising midfielders in the world but ulcerative colitis robbed him of the best years of his career and his Manchester United contract is set to come to an end in the summer and West Ham have agreed a deal to bring the Scottish captain in on loan until they end of the season when they hope to be in pole position for his signature.

Fletcher has been out of the Manchester United squad for over two months and will welcome an opportunity to play consistently at least until the end of the season. Who knows, maybe he might just convince Manchester United to keep him for another season.
