Justin Bieber loves breaking things, and apparently the law is his favorite thing to break.
Biebs was arrested on Friday near Stratford, Ontario, and was on Monday charged with assault and dangerous driving.
Police were called around 3 p.m. local time following an accident that involved a minivan and the all-terrain vehicle that Bieber was driving.
“Investigation revealed that after colliding, the driver of [the] ATV and an occupant of [the] minivan engaged in a [physical] altercation,” the Ontario Provincial Police said in a statement.
Bieber, 20, was released on a “promise to appear” in court. He hearing is scheduled for Sept. 29. No booking photo was released.
