Nasri Out For A Month With Groin Injury

Manchester City Boss, Manuel Pellegrini has revealed that Manchester City playmaker, Sami Nasri would be out for up to a month with a groin problem.

Nasri missed Manchester City’s 7-0 thrashing of Sheffield Wednesday due to a groin complaint and the former Arsenal man is expected to undergo surgery within the next few weeks.

Manchester City would head into their clash against Hull City without Nasri, Fernando and Jovetic. Zabaleta and Aguero are back in contention for selection following the former serving out his suspension and the latter passing a fitness test.

Nasri has become an integral figure for Manchester City in his three years at the club but looking at the overflowing talent available to Pellegrini, Nasri might not be missed.
