Wale Explains Why He Is Moving To Nigeria

Yesterday, we reported that Wale is planning a move to Nigeria. He has now opened up to why he is making the move after fans asked him on Twitter.

When a fan challenged Wale that it was impossible, Wale explained that it was not a permanent move but to make a connection between American and Nigerian music.

He even told another user that he will make sure the American depiction of Africa as a place full of savages with Ebola will change.

He explained that he has a house ‘on Ondo’ that belongs to his father but he pays for it. That is probably where he intends to stay though a move to Lagos will be the wise move if he intends to be active in the music scene.
