According to the lawyer of the Brown family, Daryl Parks, the path of one bullet indicates the 18-year-old Brown may have been lowering his head in surrender when the fatal shot hit.
The autopsy had revealed that late Brown was shot 6 times, including 2 shots to the head.
President Barack Obama was meeting with Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday afternoon to discuss the Ferguson unrest, his office said. The U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI and the St. Louis County Police are investigating the shooting.
