Nigerian international, Elderson Echiejile has called for the forthcoming elections in Nigeria to be free and fair and void of Violence.
The Monaco left full back who is currently in camp with the rest of the super eagles in preparation for Sunday’s clash with the Bafana Bafan of South Africa tweeted on Friday saying “As we go to the polls tomorrow, it is important for us all to have the interest of the nation at heart. Let’s #OneIndivisibleNigeria. He sent out another tweet saying “Nigeria is ours, we can’t afford to let our cultural or religious differences split us. #UnitedNigeria #VoteAndNotFight”
Echiejile has had an eventful month as he was part of the Monaco team that quite surprisingly made it to the last eight of the UEFA champions league, beating Arsenal on away goals.
