We came across this video via Instagram and it is unbelievable the kind of act going on in it.

Nollywood actress Susan Peters shared the video on her Instagram page and it in, one could see as two northern men picked ballot papers at random and thumb printing on them.

It is not certain as to what polling unit this is, or the exact location where this criminal offense is going on. We hope INEC gets to the root of this and investigate properly.
