Stoke City are in desperate neeed of a striker who can deliver at least 15 goals in a season on a regular basis and they may have found their man in Manchester United reject, Javier Hernandez.
Chicharito as Hernandez is popularly called is currently away from Manchester United, on loan at Real Madrid where the Mexican has struggled for game time. Hernandez has made it abundantly clear that he is tired of playing bit-part roles at Manchester United and would welcome a move to a smaller club if he would be guaranteed playing time. Stoke City are well aware Henandez’s scoring skills and are set to bring the forward in. Hernandez is currently valued at about 12 million euros and for that price, the 26 year old could prove to be a bargain purchase as some pundits believe Hernandez has all the makings of a 20 goal a season forward.
Stoke City would have to battle West Ham for the services of Hernandez and it is also believed that the Mexican’s former manager, David Moyes is also keen on bringing him to Real Sociedad on a permanent basis.
