Loic Remy has been reduced to second fiddle since joining Chelsea in the summer as the Frenchman has played in the shadow of premier league break out star, Diego Costa. Crystal Palace are looking to make Remy a key player again as they look to move in for the former QPR forward in the summer.
Alan Pardew is a popular admirer of Remy’s talent having loaned the Frenchman from QPR during his time at Newcastle, Pardew and Remy have developed a good working relationship and have mutual respect for each other. Pardew is desperate to bring Remy to Selhurst Park in a bid to establish Crystal Palace as a genuine premier league team. Remy would be looking to get back to playing first team football and might be willing to negotiate a deal to join Palace and play under his former boss, Alan Pardew.
Chelsea are not likely to let Remy go as the Frenchman might be the only striker left asides Costa at Chelsea as Drogba might not be offered a new contract at the end of the season. Chelsea might be inclined to loan Remy out if they get another forward in the summer.
