Chelsea Set To Offer Matic New Deal

Chelsea are preparing a new deal for Nemanja Matic for a deal that would see him earn about £93,000 weekly and would see the Serbian stay at the club till 2020

Matic has been impressive for Mourinho’s side after his return to the side last season. Matic who was sold by Chelsea to Sporting Lisbon was bought back by the club for 24 million euros and Matic has gone on to become an integral member of Chelsea’s league leading squad. On the back of a two match domestic ban for violent conduct, Matic is set to become one of the top earners at Chelsea with the rest of the terms of the contract still private.

Matic’s agent is set to meet with representatives of Chelsea tomorrow to begin the first stage of negotiations over the new deal.
