Breaking: Multiple Gunshots And Explosion As Boko Haram Attacks Gombe

The dreaded Islamic group, Boko Haram is currently attacking Bajoga which is the capital of Nafada LG in Gombe state. Premium Times reports.

According to the reporter, sounds of gunshots and explosion prevail as he interviewed a resident of the town, who gave his name as Mr. Sunday.

“Sound of explosion and gunshots woke us up from sleep and we had to hurriedly leave to the outskirts of town where I am calling you from,” Sunday said.

Another resident disclosed to our correspondent on the phone that the ferocious insurgents came in about 30 hilux vans armed with an RPGS and other weapons chanting ‘Allahu Akbar’, targeting public buildings including schools, police stations and local government secretariat.
