Liverpool are reportedly getting set to make an offer for Manchester City’s James Milner as they look to solidify their midfield.

James Milner has been impressive for Manchester City this season but the English midfielder is yet to sign an extension on his contract at the Etihad and Liverpool look set to pounce on the uncertainty surrounding Milner’s contract negotiations and force a transfer out of Manchester City.

Manchester City would not want to lose their utility midfielder but Liverpool and Arsenal are hot on his trail and Liverpool are looking to offer the Englishman more playing time to force a move.
