A French court has set Tuesday for it's decision on the publication of more topless photos of Prince William's wife, Kate Middleton. The petiton was made by the Palace after popular French gossip magazine, Closer, printed 14 topless pictures of Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, in its pages last week.
