R&B superstar Usher Raymond has finlly won a legal battle for custody of his two sons, 4-year old Usher Raymond IV, and 3-year old Naviyd Ely Raymond. The presiding judge, Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane made the decision to give custody to the singer rather than his ex-wife, Tameka Foster-Raymond.
